Company Guidelines and Policy

To work within all guide lines set out by the institution, i.e. Health and Safety etc.

Because of the very nature of the events we feel that our services should not infringe or take relevant space away from other planned events in any way.

If the work relates to maintenance, or security, co-operation and consideration will be given to the Maintenance Operatives or Security Staff who generally take care of the gallery space. It is paramount to obtain the blessing of the gallery staff that normally looks after the space on a regular basis.

To value the works on display and the space that gives them their aura

It is left to the institute's own discretion whether this performance/service is advertised as an event for the participation of the general public, or treated as an unadvertised service.

The event may be photographed or video taped for documentary evidence.

We are happy to assist in making this service/event a success.

All work will be carried out in a professional, loving, caring manner, to the best of our ability. Your concerns are our concerns.
